Willard Nostvick, 92, of Fayette and formerly of Oelwein passed away on Thursday September 3, 2015 at Maple Crest Manor in Fayette.  Services will be private.  The Geilenfeld Funeral Home is assisting the family.  For condolences, please visit www.geilenfeldfh.com.

Willard was born on September 30, 1922 in Chicago, IL.  He attended Austin High School in Chicago.  Willard served his country honorably in the United States Army as a tank operator in the Asian Pacific during WWII.  He was an Industrial Finisher and owned and operated Spra Rite.

Willard is survived by his children: Willard (Kathy) Nostvick of Oak Park, IL, Robert (Leslie) Nostvick of Fayette and Linda Schoefernacker of Chicago, IL; his grandchildren: Andrew, Ryan, Laura, Elizabeth, Christopher, David and Paul.  He was preceded in death by his wife of over 60 years, Mary.
