Papie enjoyed spending time with his family and friends. He was a person that wore his heart on his sleeve and cared for everyone. Papie loved to fish and all his fishing buddies, especially “Fish Camp” every year. He loved his step-daughters K.J. and Macie and his nephew Marcus very much. Everyone who knew him, loved him. They also loved his “special “ pickles. A big hole has been left in everyone’s hearts and lives with the loss of Papie. Please keep him close in your hearts and enjoy the many great memories you made with him.
Left to celebrate Papie’s life are his wife Janet; his parents Skip and Mary Reisner of Oelwein; his brother Tony (Ashley) Reisner of Oelwein; his nephew Marcus Reisner; his step-children: Kaylie Jo (Cole) Lavarias and Macie Burkhart; his father and mother in-law Brett Mahoney and Debra McLaury of Oelwein; many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
