Jacquelin Grace Euans-Latham was born into Heaven on Wednesday October 14, 2020 at MercyOne in Dubuque.  Graveside services will begin at 11:30 AM on Tuesday October 20, 2020 at Woodlawn Cemetery in Oelwein with Pastor John Sheda officiating.  A memorial fund has been established. 

Baby Jacquelin is survived by her parents Nancy (Juchem) Latham and Jeff Euans of Oelwein; her siblings: Christian, Seth, Joshua and Matthew Latham of Oelwein, Joie Gallmeyer of Oelwein, Joshua Haar of Oelwein, Jordan Euans of Maynard and Jared Euans of Oelwein; her aunts: Iris Juchem of Hazleton, Pam Euans of Oelwein, Jona Schlosser of Oelwein and her uncle Steve Euans of Oelwein; as well as many more extended family.

She was preceded in death by her grandparents: Nancy “Cookie” and Robert Juchem, Jackie and John Euans; her sister Brittany Latham; her uncle Randy Euans; her great-grandparents Roy and Marie Lincoln.
