Edna Rose Wilson, 73, of Oelwein passed away on June 26, 2015 in Iowa City.  A potluck memorial service will begin at 11:00 AM on Saturday July 18, 2015 at Oelwein City Park.  Memorials may be directed to the family.

Edna was born on January 26, 1942 in Delaware, IA to parents Edmund and Rose (Steffan) Harks.  She was a CNA for many years.  Edna was a lifetime Elvis fan.  She enjoyed going to bingo, and loved to garden. Edna’s world revolved around her grandchildren, her dogs and talking to her best friend.

Left to celebrate Edna’s life is her best friend Cookie Juchem; her daughter Christina (William) Hartley; her son Edward Wayne Wilson; her grandchildren: Thomas (Nancy) Latham, Tiffany Latham, Samantha (Lazeric) Lowe, Derrick Wilson, Trent Voseberg, Ayla Wilson and Axl Wilson; 10 great grandchildren; her brother Carl Harks; and several nieces and nephews.  She was preceded in death by her parents and her 2 sisters.
