I didn't Carl Schwake or his immediate family but I know Scott Wing (I am Allan Schmitt's aunt). I will be praying for his family and friends, who loved him, during this time of loss.

The Class of 1968 wants to extend our sympathy to all of the family. It was so wonderful to have Carl attend the 50 year Reunion in September.

I am so very sorry for your loss of Carl, even though I didn’t get to know him personally. Losing a dear loved one in death can be very distressing for us to go through. Notice in this Bible account where we can find reliable help in dealing with our grief. It’s found at 2 Corinthians 1:3,4 which says,”Praised be the God and father of our Lord Jesus Christ, father of tender mercies, and the God of all comfort, who comforts us in all our trials...” After considering this we can see that God will give us the comfort we need during trouble some times. He’s described as the God of all comfort. I hope you enjoyed this thought and for more comforting thoughts from the Bible check out jw.org.

Larry grew up with Carl and they graduated together at Independence High School. He built us a (2)flag containers for our son 7 years ago when he passed away. We will always treasure it. He will be missed so much. He is once again with Doralee may they both rest in peace. Sending prayers to their children and families.

Dori and Carl have been my very good friends for many, many years--since our kids were little. Have wonderful memories of all the good times we had over the years and watching our kids grow up. Sad that they have both passed at early ages. My sympathies to Cristal, J,J., Justin and their families and to their other relatives and friends. Good people, wonderful friends--they are truly missed!fx
